Alongside her role at R4Respect, a peer-led violence prevention program, Rachael is a full–time university student studying Government and International Relations. She previously worked at R4Respect as a Youth Worker, delivering respectful relationships education session to peers. In 2019 Rachael co-authored the R4Respect Peer Education Guide to accompany findings from a research evaluation by ANROWS and Griffith University. Rachael also sits as a member of the Queensland Government’s Sexual Violence Prevention Roundtable. Through positive messages on respect and understanding harmful behaviours, R4Respect empowers young people to be agents of change in preventing domestic and family violence.
