Andrew started at YFS in the R4Respect team, a domestic violence prevention and education program led by young people for young people. He then launched Men4Respect as a response to the concerning findings in both the National Communities Attitudes towards Women’s Safety Survey 2017, conducting a joint research project between ANROWS, Griffith University and R4Respect on the attitudes and beliefs of young men. Men4Respect is a peer–to–peer model, with young men empowering and challenging other young men to be respectful agents of change to end domestic and family violence.
