Young people can be harmed by violence in the home, they can be perpetrators and they also have the capacity for positive change —both in overcoming their own experiences of violence and in preventing harm to others. The ground-breaking PIPA Project: Positive Interventions for Perpetrators of Adolescent Violence in the Home is exploring and reporting on the specific needs of young people who perpetrate violence in the home, including interventions that move beyond justice system, compliance-based models.
