Barbara’s responsibilities include leading reforms in gender equality and the domestic and family violence service system.
Barbara has a strong commitment to women’s leadership and participation and is responsible for overseeing the Queensland Women’s Strategy 2016 – 2021, the Women on Boards Initiative and is an experienced board representative herself.
